I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, in a humble home. When my parents separated when I was 12, I watched my mother navigate life as a solo parent. It taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of genuine human connection.

By 17, I was living out of home, juggling rent and responsibility while learning how to stand on my own two feet. A few years later, I entered the corporate world, where I spent many years building a successful career. Yet I always craved work that centred around people, connection, and personal transformation. After travelling through Europe for a year, I returned to Australia and launched a business in makeup artistry and personal styling. I loved more than just helping clients look their best—I loved seeing how confidence and self-expression could light them up from within.

Years later, I owned an exclusive agency connecting high-net-worth clients with trusted domestic staff - house managers, butlers, personal assistants, and more. Success in that industry wasn’t just about skills; it was about understanding personalities, values, and the energy that would fit seamlessly into someone’s life. Clients began asking, “Deb, do you know anyone who might be the right fit for me?” And they weren’t talking about staff—they were talking about love.

I began informally matchmaking, introducing people who shared values, energy, and life goals. Seeing those connections flourish gave me the same satisfaction as placing the perfect candidate into the perfect home—except this was on a far deeper, more meaningful level. It felt like something I was always meant to do.

With a Master of Business Administration (Executive Program) and certifications as a Certified Matchmaker and Certified Dating & Relationship Coach, I combine strategy, intuition, and emotional intelligence to help clients create meaningful connections using expert matchmaking techniques and science-based coaching. My background in makeup artistry, personal styling, and training allows me to guide clients not only in love but in building confidence, refining their presence, and embracing self-transformation
